Adam Martin has personally been restoring, showing, driving, and collecting vehicles for more than 25 years. A Summa Cum Laude graduate from McPherson College, the only accredited Automotive Restoration College in North America. Interned at the world-famous Petersen Automotive Museum and restored and showed Duesenberg’s with Randy Ema at Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. Recruited to Hagerty Collector Car Insurance, Adam managed The Private Client Services department and thereafter promoted to be the youngest Vice President and helped launch the industry leading Hagerty Collector Car Price Guide and pre-1981 collector vehicle VIN Decoder. Blending his automotive and insurance background Adam opened Martin International in 2015. A bespoke full-service insurance agency solving the insurance needs of car collectors and their lifestyles. Adam’s extensive relationships in the insurance community provides the means to secure the best insurance products that will respond in time of need and in manner that we expect.
Martin International has expanded their service offerings into consulting, appraising, and brokering of private automobile sales for some of the most recognized collectors, dealers, and family offices around the world. Adam loves helping people find that perfect car to add to their collection or help boost their ROI on a previous investment. He is also offering consulting services including restoration management, appraisals, and estate valuations along with event management and vehicle logistics involved with showing or competing with your collection anywhere in the world.

Adam is blessed to have serendipitously met his wife, Anne Martin, in Monterey, California during car week; they have been inseparable ever since. Today you will find Anne and Adam building Martin International traveling throughout the world showing and attending automotive events surrounded by and sharing themselves with friends and family. Martin International solves insurance problems for car collectors, automotive enthusiasts, financial institutions, and estates. Our unique automotive history and active involvement with the hobby gives us a perspective that no other full-service independent insurance agency has.
